Mikto is a fictional experimental art festival whose programme brings together installations and performances combining analogue and digital processes.
The visual identity and communication strategy are built around the concept of mixed media, translating this coexistence of visual languages into every aspect of the graphic system.

The identity unfolds across two levels: physical and digital. To connect them, augmented reality was integrated into both the posters displayed throughout the city and an exhibition organised by the festival in the days leading up to its opening. In both cases, the graphic pieces expand the audience's experience by providing an additional layer of content accessible via mobile devices.


The strategy is reinforced through communication actions in the public space, combining the exhibition with a guerrilla mapping intervention to introduce the festival and extend its visual identity beyond printed media.
